Yes, I have the same experience with my highlander Mage deck, no issues dealing with Shaman... at rank 14... I chalk it up to people netdecking who don't know how to use the deck.
I think one nerf that would go a long way is to remove the word "twice" from Corrupt Elementalist, no need to touch the stats. That alone would go a long way in defusing this situation. That and making the last stage of Galakrond give 6/6s instead of 8/8s should be sufficient.
We have things like Amalgamation that are all tribes in one, but do you think we will ever see dual- or mult-tribe cards. Like an Elemental-Dragon, or a Pirate-Murloc ? I think it would be cool thematically.
As it was predicted before launch, Shaman Galakrond is the strongest, but I wonder how much of this is a self-fulfilling profecy and we will see a correction pretty soon.
This is me just guessing, but if you play him with only 2 mana left, so that you have 0 left after, he might take that into account and offer Silence?
Silence costs 0

There is one thing in your post that really jumped at me and I want to reinforce
This x 10. There should be a rule in place that no matter what, cards should not be able to discover themselves.

You are absolutely right, and I missed that it can hit your own minions, so yeah... not too excited
Hi, have you met Azure Drake? It was sent to Hall of Fame because it was an auto-include in most decks (hint: it was not because of spell damage).
Don't know, borrowing a Galakrond hero power might be fun
The Goblin counter-part to the Gnome Tinkertown Technician
Why didn't they just make Evasive a keyword?
The elemental tag in this one is fantastic for the sidequest
It's a giant water elemental holding Reno?
Is the video above supposed to be the official twitch channel? Getting "No video with supported format found"
It's alive!
I don’t know if this is the best but:
Mage opponent plays Kalecgos. Priest plays this into (free) Mind Control. Now you have three big dragons on your side.
You need 5 cards in hand to make it somewhat comparable to Cinderstorm, but it doesn’t go face. I guess handlock? 2/5
Ah, the famous announcement of the announcement.
The point of this card is not to replace cards you put in your deck, but cards that someone else put in your deck (e.g.Bomb)
This will get nerfed before the end of the year, mark my words.
