Class is not solely defined by the HP. In fact I always thought the hunter hero power would be great for control if it had better control tools. It is a constant pressure of damage that leads to less of a need for win conditions in form of cards
A 6/5 taunt is 6 mana. It’s already slightly over statted and it’s a choose one card. Normally that means it’s under statted. Yes, a 6/7 would be unreasonable
All 4 are pretty fun cards. Obviously all could immediately find a home in wild highlander decks. In standard we’ll need some more support to make the sacrifices to make it work. However if you load too many highlander based activation cards you’ll be dead against bomb warrior. As it stands in standard basing the cards on their own merit...
Reno: on curve this is amazing. Autoclear on turn 6 generally while dropping a decent body. Very good card.
Elise: Honestly very weak. Some meme potential but not a ton of value.
Finnly: Very solid. Could fit into a variety of styles and the discover makes it so you’ll generally be happy with the result. Probably the least meme value but the most solid.
Brann: Weird in terms of value. 2/4 more in stats and 2 less cost but currently a highlander hunter just feels weak without direction.
So like devolve on crack... but with the chance of the minions having synergy. Honestly most murloc buffs are battlecries, not aura based. I think the warleader and the 1/1 that buffs all by one are the only ones that will buff their friends. Honestly not a bad control card at all. A very nice answer to some mage giant boards.
Won't see play in wild, not up to snuff for those decks. However it could push standard rez priest into a tier 3-4 sort of area. Perhaps even higher depending on the other cards in the expansion.
They added the 10 mana 10 spell Yogg card. Bonus for this card over yogg is that it’ll be more like pre nerf yogg since it can’t murder itself with the first spell and fizzle after one cast
The hero power for this deck is generally a filler for extra mana, not really used much out of early game. This would be a big upgrade for later in the game, even with the randomness. Also the turn 1 for this deck usually plays nothing. Some people will play Magic Trick if they have it in the opener but most will save it for the cyclone turn unless they are fishing for an early answer for aggro.
I prefer OOC to Hearthpwn in most ways right now, but the one thing I liked better on Hearthpwn was that the comments were displayed that the latest comment was on top and the oldest was last. I do think this was a preferable system. If you don't make it in time to make the front page of comments it feels like whatever you say is often buried and unseen.
Keep up the great work on this site, getting better all the time. As another bit of positive feedback, I notice your news posts go up faster than HP in general. The recent developer interview was on the news site almost a full day earlier here.
Another fun card for deck builders! Could pull this off with Glinda if she survives the turn.
Rogue immediately comes to mind in standard. A more different pogo hopper sort of setup
A card for deck builders and Trollden! It’ll be fun to play with even if you rarely pull off the combo

Control hunter? Could that be you?! Excited for the hunter quest now.

Please see your paladi Arthas Mass Resurrecting armies in Warcraft 3.

Mr. Chu could be part of the quest art.
So cute!

Rogues laugh in Fan of Knives.
Thank ya, never heard that term at all before!
Any idea what’s up with the name

Harrison Jones synergy! 6 mana easy combo for 2 card draw, equip a 2/2 poisonous weapon, and plopping down a 5/4 body!

I could use free cards. Plus I'm darn sexy if you squint. Bonus points should be assigned for that.
