I think this card could actually be really good. It's healthy enough to survive and give you multiple health buffs. Even if it dies, you still got 5 corpses (no, 6) and your opponent had to expend resources getting rid of it.

    Nice target for Sinister Soulcage?

REALLY good target for Sinister Soulcage.

Has soft synergy with Climactic Necrotic Explosion, since it increases the value of the spell by 5 automatically if it goes off.

I think this also helps Arcanite Ripper and Screaming Banshee, too?

It should proc them, yes. Gaining the Health straight-up rather than healing guarantees it'll work, too, even if you're full.

Could have been better, but to me its shit.

The first major issue is that its a multi rune card and so by default can only fit into 1-2 decks at best. Baffling, when you consider that what it does essentially is neither game breaking nor exclusive to specific rune archetypes.

The second major issue is its stats. 8 health is pretty difficult to take down on 4, but with that 1 attack it more or less ensures that it'll always be value traded so if your opponent has a board you cannot by default play this card unless 6 corpses for 4 mana is what you wanted.

And finally, the biggest issue of them all. If somehow kept alive, this card gives you 5 health. In what world is 4 mana for 5 extra health worth considering, especially since it has to actually stay alive to do it.

If there is a silver lining to this card, its this. That it may have been designed specifically to die on 4, so you can play Corpse Bride on 5 for a minimum 6/6, or to allow you to better use Fistful of Corpses. Ironically that's the best use of the card. Play it and pray it gets removed so you get to play other, stronger cards. Is this really worth a legendary slot? My opinion is, no.

Well, it has 8 Health, so it might survive for the one opponent turn necessary to grant you the Heath. And if not, you still have the corpses for things. Not things like Lord Marrowgar because of that blood rune, unfortunately.

If rainbow DK somehow becomes meta then it will probably run this. There's probably not a single other deck that cares for this though mainly because it's mixed runed.

Is gaining that health really worth the 4 mana 1 attack minion?  I think not.  Will be put in rainbow dk for corpse generation, but otherwise there isn't going to be an unholy/blood dk that exists just for this and Fistful of Corpses

Insanely good card. This generates a bunch of corpses, which is amazing in itself. The +5 max health next turn is mostly just a bonus you get every now and then, considering the large amount of 1-2 mana "destroy a minion" cards.

This card also has 2 decks that it can fit into.

The 1st deck is Rainbow DK. Rainbow needs some more corpse spenders AND generators, and this is both in 1 card. Must-include in this deck..

The 2nd deck is Unholy/Blood DK, a.k.a. Plague Blood DK. Plague DK with a blood rune now has a way to get more max health, which is nice. I like seeing a more niche deck like this getting more support.

Another thing to remember is that a lot of- if not nearly all triple rune cards are going to rotate, so which means triple rune will soon lose their main pay-offs, which means that multi-rune cards like this might get their time in the spotlight post-rotation.

RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
