I personally cant see this card getting much play though it'll likely invite plenty of players to try.
Its not a bad card but triggering this card would mean practically playing a spell every turn, missing one of which might cost you the game. You're probably better off with more consistent AoE effects that dont leave the card dead in hand.
AOE on a stick... On a neutral minion? Hmm. Effects like this seems good, and spell heavy decks would probably like to play something like this. But still i'm not sure about this card, which feels to weird to say. I certainly will try this card a lot, because i like getting board clears in classes that normaly don't have acces to it.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
