One for one is an ok deal, but it might end up ruining your curve. Maybe in C'Thun Rogue like seen on stream when you really want a lot of draw.
Solid card can make assembling a combo easier, it actually draws a card as long as you don't want the card
according to wording it seems like it draws a card on empty hand.. so.. could be good in fast decks.
Not sure what we're doing here. Am I missing something?

But seriously, I like having a card like this when I get an early Tracking.
Good stats and an ability that helps your build around, will see some experimentation if nothing else.
Has potential. Especially late game when you don't necessarily want that low cost card.

It lets you filter through your deck, getting rid of a possibly bad low cost card for a new card which may be better. It will also just draw you a card from an empty hand. It is just a nice little way to cycle through your cards and dig for something relevant

This just seems... really bad. You would want to draw this card in the late game, because it just screws you over in the early game. I mean, its design is just all over the place. If it was highest cost card, then it would make sense, but be a bit too strong.

Its actually really clever design. In the late game this is often draw a card for 1, which is more often than not a valuable piece than what you gave up. In the early game, its not really that bad too, since you'd play this on 1, and unless that card you give up is a 2 drop you want to curve into there's no harm in just cycling it.
Its likely to find a place in warlock, hunter, and shaman. And for the last 2 its likely in highlander more so than anything else.
Would this still draw you a card if your hand is empty? Might see play in classes that lack draw

Has potential. Nice Stats for 1 Mana. I can see this fit in Zoo-ish lists but also some control. But i think it will be better in Zoo.

I can only see this in weird combo decks, aside from that losing a card for a 1/3 seems pretty bad.
I could some some experimentation here since it's a pretty neat effect and might work as a way to toss out your early game cards for later game ones. Although the downside there is that that early game draw you just put back into your deck can now be drawn again. I can concur that it will draw with an empty hand too, which is a good upside.
Good in early game, bad later on. I don't really know what kind of deck would run it. It has potential, but i personally just don't see it yet... Maybe shuffle rogue can use it in wild with Augmented Elekk so they can double cards without playing them? Seems kinda bad still.
RNG is only fun as long as there is a 50/50 chance of getting something really good or trash level of bad. If RNG always results in something good, then it's not fun.
Nice shuffle away and nice stats I can see this being played quite a lot

The big issue with this is that you can't really play it on turn one or else you're going to remove your on curve plays from your hand. I just don't see what benefit Safety Inspector has over regular card draw, since Safety Inspector net loses you a hand resource while Novice Engineer is net neutral to your hand resources.

Good stats for the cost, but if you run it in aggro your muliganning away a card that you may want to play alongside another, so you won't use mana as efficiently. I think it's alright, but kind of a noob trap card. There's better options for aggro classes.

Interesting mechanic, but does not fit in any existing deck IMO.
Pretty good card in a combo deck, such as the new c'thun decks or that wacky Y'sharrj shaman. Remains to be seen how good these decks will be though.
If shuffle the most expensive card could fit on combo decks, but the cheaper one... IDK.

Cycling cards is always good. Can work pretty fine with Lorekeeper Polkelt, Secret Passage and Sphere of Sapience

Dire Mole, but potentially awkward to play on curve, which is the ideal time to play Dire Mole... Seems not that good unless you have specific cards with cast when drawn effects you're trying to cycle for.

This card could be quite useful.
Love seeing a new idea like this. I have absolutely no idea how good this is - I feel like you'd just rather have a good card and a better planned-out curve than use this to fix your mistakes, but maybe I'm just not seeing some combo potential.

A decent card, it might have some potential but only time will tell if it actually works
You're either an aggressive deck that can easily empty its hand and play this without incurring the downside, or you don't want to play this card.
I have spoken.
I guess it could come in handy late game to try and fish for something useful. The only problem is that the low cost card that you feel is good enough to swap for a random other card in your deck just became an option to top deck next turn.
Unfortunately, common sense isn't as common as it should be.
Maybe with some deck interaction it bwill be better on the future
