New Mage & Shaman Minion - Imprisoned Phoenix

Decent card.  Lets combo mage revive, but being dormant means that it's both a mana investment turns prior and usually spellpower is something you want "now", not "in a few turns".

This 2x plus the new conjure mana cookie plus 2xfireball plus 2xfrostbolt is 31dmg on turn 10. 
or turn 8 if you are incredibly Lucky and get 2 mana cookies and with help of some magic draw everything.

This looks really threatening, most dormant cards seem even less a threat since they can't attack in the same turn, but this card threat is instant. 

Its too conditional to be good. Your opponent will easily prepare for it, so this card must either win you the game outright or it does nothing. Not to mention that you're going to have to plan 2 turn ahead, so there's that problem too.

Plus I'm pretty sure that even if dormant for 2 turns, it still counts as playing an elemental on that turn, so there's also that. Support for Elemental Allies ?

Combo potential with Malygos.

Shaman with Lightning Bloom and mage with the new biscuits will be fun (unless you are the enemy who gets wrecked).

Intersting card. Seems kinda like both a burn and OTK card. Also it has a pretty good synergy with Ras Frostwhisper, and it can be discovered by [Hearthstone Card (Primordeal Studies) Not Found].

In mage it eventually turns [Hearthstone Card (Cram Sessions) Not Found] into a draw 3, and can be decent in some kind of OTK deck? Either that or it will work in spell damage mage. Also it's a elemental so you can use this to help trigger Elemental Allies. In wild i'm not sure if it will see play, probably will see some experimentation though.

In shaman it can definatly work in spell damage shaman, or OTK shaman. But i don't know if it will see play outside of that. In wild it won't see much play because it's EVEN-costed, while ODD shaman would have LOVED this card. (ODD Shaman is more burn based, and EVEN shaman more Totem based.)

The more I look at this, the more I think that the Dormant aspect is awesome.  The worst part about dropping a Spell Damage minion early is that it has cross hairs on it almost immediately.  Where as when this awakens, you then get to really abuse the hell out of the bonus Spell Damage.  

This is going to be the combo enabler that I am going to hate, just because I will get burst down from 27 health with fireball fireball frostbolt with two of these on board.  

This is an interesting combination of keywords. I think it will require some planning of setting up lethal later. Being able to use mana biscuit at some point to further bank mana will let you do some interesting burst damage on the awaken turn.
