Is a 2 mana Cobra playable? I would say maybe, and this is slightly better than that. If the opponent attacks to test the secret before playing a minion, you can get some good early advantage out of this.

Assuming that this optimally translates to giving the minion +3/+3, this is probably less disruptive than it looks. Minions in constructed are typically the top percentile of efficient minions, so random ones that cost (3) more are often less superior than you might think. Still, probably good if secret based rogue decks are good. Does not play nice with your shadowjeweller though, so there's that.

3/3 + draw 2 is a pretty great deal if you can pull it off. Doable, but stealth-heavy decks will probably run into problems finding enough good cards to round out the list.

Effects that give your opponent a board that needs clearing obviously counter resurrect priest, but apart from that, I think that this card is fairly weak. The statline does not warrant comboing with, but it is the cheapest non-class way of giving your opponent chaff, so there's that.

A claimant to the legacy of Tar Creeper. Probably worse, and probably sees even less play than creeper does in wild.

Infinite Shudderwock decks are coming closer and closer to the point where they can win by real life fatiguing their opponent. This card would be wonderful if it was a 3/4, but this stat distribution feels a little too vulnerable.

Comes in too late to have a significant effect on most aggro decks, especially if played after turn 2. Stat to cost ratio, like all of the dormants, is good, but stat to 'active turn' ratio is bad. This card doesn't really seem to be good against any specific archetype.

This card might be surprising. Good stats and potential to push for a lot of damage early. Probably too slow for most aggro decks, but could be a useful anti-aggro tool? Leaning towards no play though.

A fiddly card. I would say that this is unlikely to see any play, wide aggro strategies have better cards than this available.

Not a huge fan of this card. Unlike Rocket Augmerchant, this card lets minions that can already attack survive trading, rather than letting minions attack immediately. As for warrior enrage synergies, I still think Risky Skipper exceeds this in every way.

Better than it looks in the early game, I think. Being able to target enemy minions lets the card also be used as a ping. I think I prefer this card to what seems to be the more popular guardian augmerchant.

The worst Augmerchant, I believe. This card is technically the only one mana spell damage minion in the game, but requires you to control another minion, so cannot set up a turn 2 wipe against decks like pirate warrior. Decks that want to ping their own minions with a one mana card would be better off with the other two augmerchants.

Compared to Wrathguard, this card's statline is less suited to its own ability. This card is very bad in aggressive decks, and warlock's self damage theme is better served by a host of other cards.

The difficultly to predict secrets might actually take real effect with this card in play, with a lot of players not accounting for weird cross-class secrets interacting with each other. In a world where you can get multiple disruptive secrets from this card while ensuring it keeps on getting put back into your hand with cheat deaths, duplicates and getaway kodos this card could single handedly postpone the game until you draw your combo pieces. We don't always live in that world, but this can probably give you a good chance at getting at least one ice block if you play it on turn ten.

Stealth matters looks like it will not be dethroning odd rogue as the archetypal rogue aggro deck, but maybe Akama could go in a slower deck? Rogue is a class that could repeat that deathrattle a lot of times. If the prime forces the opponent to use their board wipes more often than not, shuffling a lot of them could make victory inevitable. However, rogues don't struggle with stupidly powerful endgames, they struggle with getting to them. I would say that given both the card and the prime are fairly good midrange cards, this will see some play, maybe even with a silly deathrattle deck to fill your board and deck with akama primes.

Discover cantrips are always nice, and with Power Word: Shield getting ?nerfed? this will likely replace it in most decks that ran it for the cantrip value rather than the digging.

You could divine spirit + inner fire it, but as with other dormant cards, your opponent can prepare well in advance. Putting up a 2/5 taunt for 1 mana with a 2 turn delay is sacrificing what is usually a dead turn for priests. However, topdecking this against aggro might just kill you. I think it will probably underwhelm more often than not.

From my experience of Lightforged Blessing and Frost Lich Jaina, giving lifesteal is usually fairly strong on minions that have some kind of damaging AoE. This is a little expensive for Wild Pyromancer, but can probably be quite effective thanks to the health buff. Average ppower remains to be seen, but giving minions lifesteal is always good against aggro.

Wyrmrest Agent is slightly outdone by this, I think. A good tempo play against decks like pirate warrior, and the lifesteal lends it some value in the late game. Likely sees play in midrange priest decks that run dragon synergy. Control decks would probably prefer cards that can wipe the board like Spirit Lash.

Two Shadow Ascendants taped together is not super impressive, but maybe in a fast draw based deck that tries to divine spirit inner fire for lethal fairly fast could want this? I've seen those decks run ascendant before so maybe this sees play there, but I can't see this going in too many decks in general.
