It should either be "Add this minion's Attack to the Attack of a random friendly minion" or "Set the Attack of a random friendly minion equal to this minion's Attack."

Tell us what kinds of decks you like in other games, and it will be easier to make a recommendation.

Or maybe watch some videos of the pre-beta event that streamers got to play about a month ago. The cards will be seeing some balance tweaks, but the overall flavor of each region should remain pretty much the same.

OR read up on individual Champion cards. Pick a few you like and focus on those regions. (Or focus on the single region that has the most Champs you enjoy.)

I think you will be much happier if you pick a region you like rather than trying to optimize your payload.

Playing a region that doesn't suit you will just make it feel like a slog, and you may actually end up playing less than you would have played in a region you actually care about.

It doesn't make a lot of sense to level up a "fast" region, then try to transition into a slower, more interesting one, when you could have been earning the slower region's cards all along.

PLUS, the strict caps on wildcard purchases should keep paying players from getting too far ahead. You will have a playable deck very quickly whether you pay or not, no matter what region you pick.

I don't get the downvotes. It really, truly is the perfect time. With another rotation coming up and -- let's be real -- an utter shitshow of balance problems for the majority of the Year of the Dragon, I'm happy to cash out my gold on the adventure and say farewell.

I'm ready to spend my money on things I actually care about (cosmetic items) rather than a gazillion duplicate cards from random packs.

I'm ready for games where the spell-mana bank smooths out the early curve every time, so it's much less likely you'll lose to a bad mulligan.

I'm ready for strategy-defining Champion cards that are much less likely to hide at the bottom of the deck than a Hearthstone legendary, while still remaining unique.

I'm ready for a game with no neutral cards!

I saw one streamer actually use the eye, which showed an enemy champ getting boosted to lethal, but the streamer was using it to look at something else, so he failed to block the lethal and acted all surprised when he died. Tragicomedy at its finest!

The moral of the story is that you should look at the entire board when you use the eye. It could save your life!

I admire your enthusiasm, but I think it's weird to rank the regions. Ranking individual champions makes more sense.

Discover two Warlock cards for 2 mana is actually nuts.

Doesn't seem great to me. People will try it with Eye of the Storm, but that's not even a very good spell.

Two meh cards seldom add up to playable.

They don't owe you anything because you haven't paid for anything.

Expecting something and being owed something are not the same.

If they decide to hand out a free pack to ease your disappointment, that's called generosity, not obligation.

Karma is actually so good that a few streamers speculated that she might see the nerf bat before open beta. (I wouldn't go that far, but I do think it's a great card.)

Jinx is powerful, but she requires a fairly specific build because emptying your hand at the right moment is not as easy as you might think. Great fun to play, but not terribly flexible in terms of archetype.

Honestly, I think of Deny as a more balanced version of Magic's Counterspell. Yes, it's going to seem slightly weak if you are coming from a Magic background, but its limitations actually make the game stronger overall.

It's obviously a strong card, but not a panacea. That is a good thing. I would not want to play this game if it were stronger, even though I do intend to play some Ionia, and I do expect to use Deny in most Ionia decks.

I was super-excited when I saw some streamers trying (and failing) to use Deny in the middle of a resolution stack. You can't do that in Runeterra, and I'm SO glad this game doesn't get as fiddly with technicalities as Magic. That kind of thing just slows down the gameplay way too much, and the tiny layer of added strategy doesn't justify that cost.

Quest Druid has already seen a bit of a resurgence. This may bring it back in full force!

But it's not really a bear when the mana cost is commensurate with the stats.

Even if this becomes popular, it's hard to imagine people getting mad about it --- UNLESS Shaman gets a way to play it for a lot less mana.

Nice buff to Puzzle Box, though.

That's a whole lot of tempo for just 4 mana.

And the quest can already be completed? SOLD!

It's even worth reconsidering side quests for decks that didn't already use them.

Your reaction to the situation was the opposite of patient.

Your "proactive attempt at resolution" consisted of badmouthing Riot for no reason whatsoever.

The course of action of a patient person would be to check news articles and forums to see what the status page is supposed to look like at this stage. The patient person would quickly figure out that everything is fine and no further action is required on anyone's part.

A patient person would certainly not claim that their enthusiasm was waning for a game they were very obviously desperate to play. A patient person would not lash out at the company providing the service so strongly desired.

Does Grand Lackey Erkh count as a Lackey himself?

    Also, Lackeylock, let's go

By definition, lackeys are non-collectable tokens, so Erkh can't actually be one.

Also, if he were a lackey, he could be created by lackey generators, and I'm sure that cannot be the case.

I think it would be great for a Hearthstone 2.0, but it's probably too late for the current version.

(Honestly, I believe 2.0 should be a non-free version with advanced complexity and a completely different business model, and they should keep old-school Hearthstone around for free players and newbies. I am also aware that it will probably never happen.)
