Yeah, saw a reddit post about it. I'm not super familiar with LoL champs, and I heard that people were expecting Ormm or Volibear, and the latter seemed more likely of the two, but if people say it's Udyr, it's probably Udyr.
Those cards were likely printed before Pot was banned, and Konami seems to not really care that a bunch of cards are unplayable. Also, there's Traditional format, where banned cards are only limited.
There's a lot of weird stuff with this game. A bunch of translation errors or just incomplete sentences when it launched, and stuff like the icon frames don't even have proper names. Feels like the game was rushed out the door, which is really odd, because they never announced a release date, they just... released it.
I imagine the Ultra Rare pool exist to add more unpredictability to the runs. It's probably a similar logic to critical hits in RPGs. Whether they have a place in a competitive environment is another discussion (they probably don't)
Sooooo, I screwed up! I said that Ranked Rewards would be offered at the start of the new season. They were offered as soon as you passed their respective tier, I just didn't notice. Sorry about that.
linkblade91: I assume this only upgrades in hand. Not sure it would be played because of the randomness, I'd either start at 0 Cost, or 2-Cost minion (leaning towards the latter), though it'd probably be too good in either case. You'd also lose some points because there's so many implicit effects that people might not consider at first glance.
Wailor: Should probably say 'Studies card'. Pretty good otherwise.
R: Is this total mana or remaining? Pretty good if the former, not so much if the latter.
AeroJulwin: As an Evolve Shaman enjoyer, I LOVE this! Wonder if it'd be too strong at 2.

I still think the solo stuff is worth it for new players. You get to get used to all sorts of gameplay styles, and you learn more about different Yu-Gi-Oh worlds (Dinomists are so freaking cool!). Someone on Reddit mentioned a 'Structure Deck' mode for the game, and it's starting to sound pretty good.
The Solo stuff also gives you some structure decks, like Monarchs, Gem Knights, and Ruin & Oblivion. Problem is, while I know how to play the game, I'm not as versed in what's good or bad.

Yeah, those decks don't seem to be worth it. Good news is that Blue-Eyes Chaos MAX Dragon decks seem to at least be decent.
Never said it failed, hell, it's among my favorite mechanics in card games, up there with slivers/survivors. it just felt kinda vulnerable.

Not sure if allowing it to work with any SI:7 card makes this broken, so I made a version that only works with itself.

They transfer over, I opened the packs on PC after claiming them on PS. That's why the article was a little late, I wanted to test it.
I'm planning on writing guides for each one after getting a better grasp of the game, but I'm not that great at evaluating these things.
What I'm 78% certain of is that both will get you curb-stomped in ranked :p
