You'll burn a bunch. When using the Empress, each Cast When Draws will have to resolve before you get to the next one.

What does this have to do with the Watch Post? That's disruption, this is mana cheat.

Not as strong as it might seem at first glance. Yeah, if you get all 3 effects, it's nuts, but the only Divine Shield most decks run is Taelan Fordring. If you draw him of the Taunt trigger, or have already drawn him, Varian won't get DS, which makes him a lot weaker.

I was mostly thinking of cards that are worded "Do this, or do that", but your examples are also good, Demon.

I agree Choose One shouldn't be exclusive to Druid, and I would argue neither should Combo.

Nirast: It's a bit too creative for my taste. Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I can't think of a card that uses a choice between two options outside of "Choose One".

Really great ideas overall! So far I have voted seven times 4 stars and one time 5 stars (might have been more without the watermark problem mentioned above) out of 16 cards. Crazy!

    Updated my cards:

    More feedback:

    Lundy
Neither are super interesting, but I think the Mage one is better.

    Cheese
Famous Pilots is the most interesting of the bunch, and it basically turns your Mech into a Sneed's Old Shredder. The problem is that amount of stats is pretty huge. I think Peculiar Pilots is more balanced.

Been a while since we've had a crab card, decided to make a versatile spell (not 100% on the cost and expansion):

    Feedback, from oldest to newest:

    anchorm4n
Nice flavor! Balance seems ok, as well. You can also target an enemy minion, if there's one hiding behind a taunt.

    Demonxz95
Looks ok, but, as you pointed out on Discord, the fact that it's the same minion might not qualify.

    AeroJulwin
Looks good flavor-wise, not sure about balance, since Rush is valued more than Taunt. You will also want to find new art for each of them, since all the pieces here are already in the game.

    R
Not really a fan of any of them, though I will admit, I thought of making a Zilliax card. Ancient Spirit is probably the best of the bunch, though it should cost 1.

    Wailor
That's interesting, but I don't really see connection between the buff and the minion summoned. Maybe if it was "Give a minion stats equal to those of a Beast from your deck that costs (3) or less. When it dies, summon that Beast from your deck.", but that's probably too clunky.

    Arkasaur
    Neat idea, and good flavor.

    BloodMefist
I like the SHR version better, and I like it quite a bit!

    Hordaki
Nice flavor, probably a bit expensive, might go to 4 (though it's hard to judge these mount cards).

    linkblade91
Really nice ideas! I'd go for the Infernal option, though I think 4 mana would be better.

It's a matter of investment. Why start playing Mythgard when I invested so much time in, say, Hearthstone? IMO, if indie card games want to succeed, they need a different business model.

Bethesda didn’t think it was worth it, so they stopped development

New idea, one that I really like:

Didn’t have much time this week for feedback, sorry. Here’s two quick ones:

    Show Spoiler

Neoguli: That is really strong for the cost. It’s a Yeti with Rush that potentially denies your opponent a board space. This is a 5 cost card, maybe even 6.

Swizard: This is basically a ‘Freeze any minion played by your opponent”, just reflavoured. That’s not necessarily a bad thing, but I’m not sure how powerful it is. I’d make it have 6 health

Is the speed of the Chronobreaks that Ekko creates random?

You know how some cards are pretty simple in concept, and maybe even a bit unassuming? Yeah, this ain't one!

Any Play is also a summon, but a summon isn't necessarily a play. Plays only happen from hand, while summons are whenever it appears on the board.

Best example if Spectral Matron: As they are now, using it on a boat would make that boat would also draw you a card. If it's changed to Play, the draw doesn't happen.

    Essentially, it's a nerf.

First two ideas, on opposite ends of the spectrum. The first uses art from one of Dr. Boom, Mad Genius's Hero Powers, the second doesn't really fit Warrior.

Got two ideas for this comp:

    Feedback for everyone's latest card:

    Show Spoiler

linkblade91: Looks good! It's basically Call to Adventure, but for stats and the buff is now on a stick.

Wailor: I like Tempus Fugit more flavor-wise.

KANSAS: I think the second wording works best. Not sure if the ability to tutor like that would make he card too strong.

Fedrion: Why not just make it 'Gain an empty Mana Crystal'? Balance-wise, it looks fine.

BasilAnguis: I really like the Rare version for some reason. You could call the card 'Rare Miner' or something similar. Maybe even make it from other classes.

Arkasaur: Like the flavor. Seems balanced compared to the Rogue plant. Rarity should probably be bigger.

BasilAnguis: I actually think this is a bit strong. A lot of Dragons are BIG, so giving them Rush means it can kill a lot of stuff. Not to mention Dragon synergy. But I also feel making it cost 2 would make it near unplayable.

anchorm4n: Balance is good, but flavor is really off. He doesn't look lazy, and nothing about the effect says it's lazy either.

grumpymonk: This is an interesting one! No way of knowing how strong the ability to mulligan is.

Demonxz95: This can be REALLY annoying! But the balance is probably fine.

I have a question - would dual class cards be allowed for these kinds of competitions? What restrictions would be on them?

My guess would be yes, but both halves must respect the rules (example: a Mage-Rogue spell can't be Frost or Arcane, since those are Mage schools). I remember during the plant comp that I wanted to make a Druid-Hunter card and wasn't allowed, since Druid was banned.
