Divine Spirit is not the problem. Inner Fire is. Hall of fame it, and problem is more or less solved. Topsy Turvy rotates soon, and while it's still here you can only use the minion if you go face (which retains the combo) but can;t keep it alive against other minions. Having a 16/16 on board as opposed to having a 16/4 on the board is miles away.
I was wondering if anybody else experienced it, I watched the previous week (when random drops for GM started) through my phone. Actually watched most of it, some just left my phone working while doing things like sleeping during Americas.Got exactly 0 packs. This week I watched quite a lot of it on my PC and so far got 3 packs aith a day to go. I wonder if watching through the app somehow doesn't register for the random drops.
Well, I have noreason to think otherwise, as since the change a few yers ago it's been pretty consistent, and obviously profitable or it would have been changed.
Providing your mid-game presented enough pressure to force mass removals from the warrior, you only need to do it once more than what the warrior can remove, and when your chef nomi costs 4 and you can Hidden Oasis the same turn, it's supposed to work.
Again, I say "supposed to", but it's not like any Druid lost because he died after playing Chef Nomi that the warrior could not remove.
Druid has a lot of sustainability in all parts of the game, so it's not that simple. Cotrol warrior relies very heavily on removal and when your opponent can drop a Cenarius if you let him keep creatures on board, and plays 2 5/5 rush minions for 5 mana, "buffed taunts and healthy mechs" is a non-realistic dream.
It usually amounts to tie breakers, and Chef Nomi is about as tie-breaking as a card can get.
Sure, while it never occured that way in GM, Quest Druid is actually favored on paper, with Chef Nomi being duplicated to no end with Flobbidinous Floop and Elise the Enlightened. Once you force the warrior to use all his mass removal, you'd be surprised (or not) how 7 6/6 creatures on the board get rid of armor.
Again, that works on paper, somehow nearly all warrior/Quest Druid matches ended in the warrior's favor, since people just ran extra mass removal to combat that exactly (Viper actually ran Deathwing and won a game beause of it)
Considering there's an expansion every december and Blizzcon every november, I really don't see how there will ever be a Blizzcon without a new expansion announcement, as long as Hearthstone lives.
But, we can always expect some more PC titles moved to mobile, maybe WoW or Starcraft this time! I hope some body will stream the lynch mob, too bad even a virtual ticket is so overpriced I'll never pay to be there.
Probably Bunnyhoppor losing faith in Zephrys in GM, after he failed to find him Savage Roar wthat would have gave him lethal, which followed by Bunny never playing he additional copy of Zephrys he had in hand. They actually asked him about it after the match and he said he never got to that exact state while testing but saw no reason to not offer savage roar...
BTW, just saying, but I was hoping (and expecting) a coverage of GM season 2 week 1 and that's quite disappointing, considering even Hearthpwn now has a post about it.
I watched what I could of it, but I'm sure getting some fun facts about it can't be that hard... Can it?
He Values things you can play the same turn, and both Cenarius and Alexstrasza will help you far less since you far less the same turn than [Hearthstone Card (Tyrion Fordring) Not Found]since you wouldn't be able to play them.
Tyrion is just a value option, not specifically a defensive option. It's one of , if not the single best value card at 8 mana.
Got only one Uldum despite making sure I had 4 hours of watching after I got the message for receiving it.
Seems like a lot of people didn't get all their packs... I think I'm probably one of the few that actually watches actively (not at the start of every broadcast, it started at 4 AM and that's obviously a problem for people who have jobs and want to keep them) so that's a little disappointing.
Nethersoul Buster works better if you use Crystallizer. I actually put it in (didn't run spirit bomb, as Zoo is aboard-control deck anyway andif you lose control of the board, 4 damage to 1 minion won't change that) as an experiment in the Brawl, it worked quite well in making me 3 mana 9/5's at times while not actually doing any damage.
Traded Finley and Kangor with Time Out and Lens, was fun while losing and even more fun on the ocassionak win.
Tie breakers go as follows:
TB 1: If you won both your matches against a person you're tied with, you're above him
TB 2: If you're 1-1, you sum all the points of the players you beat and whoever has the greater sum is placed above.

Change "Rebellion", "First Ordel" and "Sith Lord" for "Lordaeron", "Scourge" and "Lich King" respectively and you've got the exact Arthas lore.

Go hunterace, a 10 win streak in GM (outside playoff) and counting, will be hoping to see you in the championship again!

Starting next week in GM Specialist will (thankfully) be no more and the new format (4 decks with a shield and a ban) will be implemented.
Still registered at Hearthpwn, had to come here for break from all the spammers and flamers to see some people actually congratulating Cora.
Well done, Cora, hope you will be as valuable an asset as a deigner as you were as a caster!

Battletag: QUICKSAND#2208
Region: EU
Trade Only: Yes, you go first. I'll show quest
It's not an OTK. If you have Twig of the World Tree in hand, though, you don't need an Innervate at all,
Turn 1: Play Elise, then Twig. You still have Twig in hand and a 3/4 Elise.
Turn 2: Play Floop, Twig, Naturalize, Twig repeatedly
Of course, that's only in wild, so who cares anyway?
