First one doesn't seem like bug to me. The shuffled cards loses all of the buffs, echantments, cost decreases unless they are specified on the card like Dire Frenzy or Kingsbane.

So if you say that Efficient Octo-bot's cost decrease stays after the cards shuffled, then Efficient Octo-bot is the card that doesn't work as intended.

As far as I was aware, Secret Passage doesn't shuffle your hand back into your deck, rather sets them off to the side, temporarily removed from the game. (You can see this when playing it with 4 other cards, if they shuffle back then your deck size should remain the same, however, it always decreases by 4 since you're drawing 4 new cards and not returning your hand to the deck)

Now there's nothing stopping the spaghetti rules from having a "cards removed from the game lose their buffs" clause as well, but that doesn't explain why Efficient Octo-bot still works in this case

    Spaghetti Code

    Or intentional server partitioning

However is the case, theory is practice mode has less server resources than online mode for some reason

    Wow

That's not even what was said.  Flux was just saying the article itself mentions in the first sentence the weird time Blizzard decided to post their tweet

They essentially loosely have taunt if they completely counter your current hand, I still think they were fine where they were but I understand that people don't like to play around anything :/

They didn't nerf C'Thun (and we are taking about Old Gods set C'Thun)

The stats for C'Thuns enablers were just not as good from the start as the watch towers were before the nerf

Though at least they could attack

I never had a problem with the watch posts but okay

No I didn't play them myself, before anyone goes and says I'm complaining, I'm just confused :/

I'm noticing it's not counting "Play 3 games as [three classes]" if I concede too early, since the new expansion.

This is just a guess but perhaps "play [x] card(s)" quests are also not counting if you concede too early?

Also, as is evident by the delayed launch and the multitude of very strange bugs, it's quite obvious that they just didn't have as much time as they needed and it's very likely that playtesting suffered because of it.

I mean if you look at the history of first expansions for the year, they launched it quite early if you ask me, about 10 days on average earlier.
    (Earliest: April 2nd (Blackrock)   |   Latest: April 26 (Old Gods)   |   Median: April 6th - April 7th)

They absolutely could have given themselves a week of more time but for some reason, be it publisher or manager urging it, or an absolute belief that they were ready... They decided this should be the first expansion released in March since the games own release date in 2014

I'm not sure it was intended to get another copy of you owned them already, but may have been harder to program a check for.

If it was intended, fine, but either way, at this point, the bad publicity of revoking the extra cards and dust will be more trouble than it's worth over a whole one legendary and pair of epics.

Assuming you mean Classic / Legacy Ysera because Core Set Ysera can't be disenchanted.

I'm not finding any other complaints about this, the game could probably just be confused.

Try disenchanting it while looking at it in Legacy set (or Wild), if that's not working, try looking at in in Classic set.  It's technically two different cards that just happen to be linked in a way that when you create / destroy one you also get / lose the other.

There's so much of that going on under the hood, for example I don't have golden core legendaries unlocked but I do have golden Jaraxxus in Legacy, which is for some reason granting me access to golden Jaraxxus in Core, which are both functionally the same card whilst being different cards with different watermarks and I can use either one in wild decks (but only core in standard decks)

Those two legendaries were never dropped from packs.

They used to be part of a separate set called the "Reward" set, which later merged into Hall of Fame

I think blizzard just assumed that all players, including new, would have somehow "remembered" that

A reminder would have been nice, yeah, we can agree on that

I mean that idea makes more sense than only 1 option having a different queueing rule than the 3 other options

    I do not like this.

It's supposed to be a simplification but they've simplified it so much that, unless you're in the know and read specifically this article, there is a high likelihood that you probably don't know that casual standard is still a thing and that it's based on your deck's format...

Especially the way they worded it, "All cards are available".

We are 3 comments in and already someone has been downvoted for "being wrong", and someone else has already made an entire thread about this.  It's not their fault, this design is horrible and illogical.

If I've read between the lines correctly, picking casual auto-queue's you against opponents you based on your deck's format.  If your deck is standard, you'll queue for standard casual, if it's wild, wild casual, if it's classic, classic casual.

I could be entirely wrong though, and even if I am right here, they're making this sound like it's a simplification when it just makes it more confusing :/

You'd be surprised. Computers make mistakes and there's always exceptions.  I've opened a few more packs since posting this, still no L.

Computers don't make mistakes unless they're malfunctioning.  I've seen weird errors happen where only 1 byte of a file is corrupt or only 1 section at the end of a ram stick is bad, and weird inconsistencies start to happen, but generally you'll get a crash or failure to boot/run before anything.

Now, the humans that program computers... They make mistakes... A lot of mistakes... It's why bugs and glitches still exist...

March would definitely be an early release, considering every first expansion of the year so far has been between April 2nd to April 26th

    Blackrock Mountain2015 April 2
Whispers of the Old Gods2016 April 26
    Journey to Un'Goro2017 April 6
    The Witchwood2018 April 12
    Rise of Shadows2019 April 9
    Ashes of Outland2020 April 7

Side note: Every 2nd expansion has been released in an August and most 3rd expansions have been released in December, with the exception of League of Explorers (2015 Nov 12) and Darkmoon Faire (2020 Nov 17)
