So I got it from a pack and wanted to confirm: The attack order is from your oldest minion to newest. This means that the Ace Hunter Kreen synergy is much better than we thought since if you play him just before attacking, he will attack last and therefore not attack at all most of the time.
I should point out that Nature Studies won't work with Mecha'thun. The discovered spell will prevent you from emptying your hand, a.k.a. you'll end up holding Mecha'thun, Naturalize and the discovered spell, but if play it the cost reduction is gone.
At first I though it was amazing, not so much anymore. It probably won't be Flik levels of powerlevel, but it's great removal for each class that will be great to have for the rest of its time in standard.
You might as well say it doesn't have spell damage (except for stuff like Primordial Studies) cause you won't get to use it much. Then you realize it's a much weaker Big Ol' Whelp.
Related but unrelated, didn't Arcane Dynamo see play?
Tour Guide is auto-include in odd decks, this is auto-include in even decks. Reminder that DH's hero power is slightly limiting design space, any neutral "inspire" like card is by default more powerful in DH.
If you think rogue would use this, Cursed Vagrant exists already. If you think it's better in duel paladin, thecolossi are already here. It's nice when cheated, but there's just better stuff to be cheated right now. Maybe the dragon tag will make a difference at some point.
- 1/1 with a totem in shaman, pretty decent - worse N'Zoth's First Mate in rogue, not sure about this one - worse Kobold Librarian for warlock, though that card is crazy - Lost in the Jungle for paladin, pretty good - instant Leper Gnome for hunter + obvious hero power synergy, pretty decent - useless in DH, druid, priest, mage and warrior
Then there's the fact that this is auto-include in just about any odd deck. Also makes exodia paladin and shudderwock shaman much easier.
Situational, but very good. Not exactly for every deck, coin is great yes, but it's a 50/50 chance and aggro wants to go first, right? It will work for sure, no doubt about it, but not quite as universal as battlemage.
Interesting because it's one of the rare (if not only) spellburst minions where you don't actually have to trigger the spellburst immediately and it's fine. Still, "fine" usually doesn't see play, maybe only in some dragon decks. Maybe.
Seems dangerous, but probably just a tech for priest and mage, there's lots of rush and AoE these days. But it will feel so bad to play against this when it works, oh my.
You know, this might not be horrible in duel paladin. Pull this, hopefully destroy the enemy minion and their right-most one, plus it's a midgame body to play that could luckily clear the board if played with Wave of Apathy.
Glad they fixed the real problem with Kael'thas instead of nerfing his cost. As for Illucia, I think I'll try Odd Priest again :)
Could it be The Storm Bringer?

Wait wait wait wait wait, Prince Valanar actually saw play???

Yeah, this is broken. 2 mana draw 3 with a 1/3 body, seems legit.

Just a packfiller. Even if it's removed by a spell, it's a 5/3/7 with "deathrattle: summon a 2/2 with taunt", which is bad.
Pretty decent in arena, but garbage in constructed.
OK, so:

Twisted Worgen x2
I have my doubts, but it's not that bad. Stealth rogue yes, but only maybe face hunter, seems like a stretch.
Three done, five more to go! Unless you count Target Dummy even if it's not a 1/1. Or if you add the all tribe.

Nah, not that good.
Literally Cursed Disciple, only worse in the only deck disciple ever worked - Jungle Giants druid.
