First of all: why did riot think that we need to summon random husks instead of at least manifest them? That's just unneccessarily rng heavy
Second: why did you think that letting the evelynn Archetype being effectively all regions at once was a good idea? I can't wait for bandle tree + bandle city making games more fun again :/
Third: why did you make evelynn so... bad? Like do you really think a 5/5 with up to 3 keywords is that good? Looks much like a kaisa/bandle enabler than an independant good theme to me.
Edit: also does the flavour of the evelynn archetype not fit at all to me: you want to tell me that the charm/stealth assassin champion is supposed to have no vulnerability card, no quick atttack and no elusive?
Knowing that SI is region with Atrocity and seeing how easy it is to stack up 4+ hallowed buffs this package much looks like a cheese enabler rather than a fun addition to the game.

As janky as this might look: Alpha Wildclaw always has been a powerful unit and 6 spell mana at focus is way better cost/speed than 6 unit mana.
The only downside is that you need to have a unit already in play... however if that unit already has buffs on it those will transfered to the alpha wilclaw aswell...
About the yasuo list:
Strategic execution can't be put into the deck as it is not a skill card.
Since that the deck still will need a real wincondition Commander Ledros and Riptide Rex should be the extra firepower that let's one decide games
Husks can't attack therefore the Evelynn archetype isn't that good at actually going wide.
You could buff husks to sacrifize them but that's rather clunky to do

Riptide Sermon is a bilgewater card therefore you can't play it in lux jayce
Isn't the main reason for shurima not getting paired with si that there isn't much of a reason to?
Like what has current si to offer for shurima?
With hollowed units there is a much bigger incentive to do so imo
And who hinders you to go shurima second region and throw in a Ruin Runner?

It's not great but 2 mana barrier spells are decent.
I wouldn't write it off immediately therefore
Negative keywords so far are: Ephemeral, Silence and Vulnerable, can't block, immobile
The rest are debuffs that aren't keywords
I am also quite sure that Minimorphed units won't be morphed back but get their previous buffs reapplied to them
You have to consider that this dude can get barrier multiple times as a 2 mana 3/1... this is way better than 3 stars imo
Mikhael's Blessing sounds very potent in Ephemeral decks.
Sure it deathmark is fullfilling a comparable role but this Mikhael's can't be interrupted and therefore is better imo.
Scavenged Camocloaker ... I thought Supercharge is busted... now this is proably even worse if you use it on someone like Taric
Kinkou Student sounds also VERY strong given he can repeatedly get barrier as a 2 drop
Moral Support a 2 mana barrier is very solid. Is it op? I don't think so but it certainly is a good Shen support card
Royal Decree hmm doesn't sound that good to me.
Oh boy... we know cards like this one from mtg and whenever an effect stands for obnoxious strategies it is this one.
This is pretty much lvl 1 Ezreal as a spell and I don't think that I need to explain what it can do when casted on an doublestrike unit and/or Taric

heal your allies wouldn't even that good if it wasn't a daybreak but this... is just terrible
Who needs a vanilla 4/6 for 5 mana? Certainly not daybreak decks
The one question I have with this is how it works with impact.
Does it get impact once and is done after or does it get impact multiple times when allies get impact?
If it gets impact multiple time I see this being a decent finisher with bandle
If it doesn't I don't see this card played at all

I can see this doggo being the bridge for fated decks to p&z as a clone enabler but is that better than original fated?

Funny card tho... Not good not competetive by any means but this unit is fun and I'll give it a try in path of champions for sure
This Effect is powerful ... VERY powerful Given that The likes of drakehound blade dance is a thing.
Giving noxus access to MANY free attacks seems nuts to me and as much as reputation was a meme on release I doubt it will still be a meme
