Spellshield and overwhelm as a grant for 3 mana focus? Seems pretty busted to me.

Sure it has the downside of having to be played proactively but still this looks nuts to me

Am I the only one thinking that Supercharge is broken af?

GRANTING spellshield and overwhelm is rediculous at 3 mana even if it is "only" at focus speed...

Isn't it amazing how the ban grinning ignus when the boss is the actual issue? Why not change boss's effect to : whenever you cast this spell create a treasure unless you created already a treasure this way this turn

I know the wording is a bit aweful here the idea is to drastically limit the nonsens you can do with boss while saving it as a good midrange card.

Anyways: hooray about 4 uncommon wildcards...

I got to admit I have lived in a cave too.

For some reason the whole swim controversy never came up to me (proably because I don't use twitter/twitch)

I am quite shocked reading what happened but then... the manipulative careless douche image fits him very well since he has been very arrogant for the entire time I knew him from videos.

thanks for making me aware tho... he deserved to have his career shut down

Yes and no: I got 13 wild fragments for the like 80 fragments that were voided... that's not a good rate imo

To be fair it shouldn't take long for you to aquire a full collection if you play regularly and therefore i think it won't be necessary to sync with the website.

isn't her lvl 1 still terrible? Sure she is more likely to survive until her first lvl 2 hit now but... is that really that big of a deal?

What the patch certainly does is make laugh so hard at Kalista... like image switching life and attack would ever do the trick for such an underplayed and weak champion like her xD

As the title suggests the champion shard-system in path of champions needs a change.

The main issue is that you get shards from chest at random which gives you no control over what champions you progress (which is already not so fun) but it gets WORSE with the fact that you can get shards for champions you already have on 3 stars which means that all additional shards just vanish with no compensation and it get's INCREDIBLY BAD by the fact that progressing in the campaign requires you to play champions from certain regions to progress.

I my case: I made all quests, all champion challenges and I am completely stuck now. Why? Because in all the shards that went nowhere I didn't manage to hit 40 shards for eighter bard or jhin leaving me with 0 champions from runeterra and unable to progress in the campaign.

Riot is known for creating rather fair mechanics and do a good job at pve gamemodes. It's unbelievable how such a bad game mechanic (that in a way breaks the gamemode) got into path of champions and riot better fixes it or the gamemode is dead for me

Oh and as we are already on it REMOVE the chance on relicts that make no sense in multiples (such like lost chapter) to drop once you have them. Cause all that does is delaying progress a lot for no reason at all

Maybe the buff was just too much and they adjusting the size of the buff?

Like I doubt that quicksand is going back to original functionality. However the attack debuff on multiple targets very well can be nerfed to -1 attack or no attack debuff in order to make the multitarget mode less op

Quicksand is too good, disabling the keywords of 2 units for only 3 shouldn't also reduce their attack by 2. If you remove the attack debuff from the multitarget mode it should still be a good card but not a broken one as it is right now

    Quote From Nifty129

Having every deck with the highest play rates of 10% and lower have 53% winrates down to 50% and below.

Has never been the case for as long as I've been playing LOR and recording these statistics.

    Thats what I'm referring to.

Which could only possible happen in a highly oppressive meta where nothing is "very good."

Like literally the best deck with the highest playrate is spiders and youre correct its a pre-expansion deck that had an astounding 53% winrate because everything more interesting has been grounded into the statistical dirt.

You dont see a problem with that?

You realize when decks score high winrates and high playrates they oppress other decks right?

They ask the question can you beat x y and z? If you can't (and high winrate + high playrate decks only have niche counters) your deck gets "oppressed" by the meta deck.

If there is no meta deck to specifically tech against you just need to make sure your deck works within itself and is flexible which is a lot easier to do.

So won't you understand that diverse metas without clear topdogs (viego desserter is btw a pretty clear topdog) are a good thing unless you want to be one of those "jam deck x for easy master" players?

If you could bring up such a "anti synergy" deck that is scoring high winrates then I could see your point but be real: decks don't have to be simply xy overwhelm, shen x barrier, murloc... i mean yordle tribal or the likes of it. If combining multiple archetypes to a multifunctional deck that can adjust to more strategies at once then that simply is good deckbuilding.

You don't like that I don't mind that.

I just took a look at the stats and... what are you talking about?!? The vast majority of decks on the list are well established decks from the start of the expansion. Nothing you mentioned gets  backed up by the stats. Why does this Post even exist?

So you want to say that if every archetype can succeed deckbuilding is dead?

Interesting idea... so if there are 3 decks to rule the meta because their mechanic is stronger than the other mechanics it is easier to build decks using other mechanics... that proven to be weaker?

Deckbuilding isn't easier in solved metagames the only difference in unsolved metas is that you can't build rogue decks meant to specifically counter the meta which... is actually a good thing when that's not necessary. Right now you can play what you want and i don't know what else you would want for brewing?

Given your oppinion on Sands of Time you really can't have played a lot since this expansion.

To have a Frozen Thrall enabler (thralls are the nr1 deck right in case you didn't know) attached to a very decent stall spell (there is a reason why Rite of Dominance was costed at 4 mana + a managem afterall) is insane in thralls but in general good if your deck has hight countdown landmarks.

    About the other opinions:

Ravenbloom Conservatory is about the best card noxus control ever got. To buff up low damage removal spells and small units turns them into very potent threats (as thorbran demonstrated in MtG more than well). It is however not a landmark in the traditional sense but rather a minion with extra requirement.

    God-Willow Seedling:

As much as Kennen decks had to be tuned down, I think this very universal and Interesting shouldn't have nerfed and given that kennen is pretty much nonexistant right now I would like riot to undo the nerf that turned the card into a landmark that's too unreliable and too slow

Because every deck you create on outofcards is openly visible (for some reason).

I however don't know how setting these decks private works tho :/

Because it was openly visible under the deck category? :D

I don't know if the private function works the way you think it does but it certainly didn't work this time

About the LoR portion of this pass:

As Hashinshin already said on his Video: it's nice to have, it helps to build decks in the beginning but it's not amazing and given that LoR is very generous with card aqusition I don't see it being necessary.
