I feel like you're doing yourself a disservice by trying to merge the Quest with a Token build. The Reward is clearly meant as a half-finisher (as in you can use it to pressure your opponent while shoring up defenses).

I also think that Mark of the Spikeshell will be a real gamechanger for this because you can double up on your Guff and roleplay as Demonhunter. Additionally Solar Eclipse has great synergy with attack buffs, armor stacking and ofc the aformentioned Mark (for even more Guffs).

Basically the Quest actually does give Midrange Beast Druid what it previously lacked: an actual finisher.

Now the real question is how to build a Midrange Quest deck and have enough gas to actually finish the quest in time. I wonder if it's viable to actually just run stuff like Thickhide Kodo to stall until your later power turns and have the armor do the heavy lifting. Maybe a taunt package in general will do the trick.

I wouldn't use it for Quest completion, I'd just use it for burst (or lifegain alternatively). 5-mana 8-damage is nothing to laugh at, especially if you can ppull it off twice on the same turn for that 16-damage nuke (the Chad Druid vs the virgin Doomhammer Shaman).

If this sort of deck comes together in any shape or form I feel like Solar Eclipse will be essential, if only just to double your draws or something.

Basically it's reverse Hysteria and as long as things stay consistent the enemy minions will attack in the order they were played meaning you have full control over what's going to happen.

You actual disingenuous weasel,  I clearly meant in other instances of companies where female characters (fictional character you absolute parody of a human being) are being "objectified" (they aren't real, stop being such an absolute joke of a person) the same extent of workplace harassment would have to take place because according to you, those two things are directly related.

BUt you're clearly not interesting in back up any of your claims, you just like to scream at people how mean they in hopes of someone patting you on the head fo rbeing a good boy.

Good luck convincing anyone of your spineless drivel.

Actually it's just you who claims this is the case and you have yet to make an argument for why. That would imply that whenever women in media (fictional women no less) are oversexualized (or just sexualized in general) it would result in workplace issues...but then we should have way more instances of this...which we don't.

I know you'd like to believe that it's all very cleaar so you can justify your own irrational biases but reality doesn't conform to your misguided sense of purity.

the thing is...if workplace conditions actually do improve then that's a good thing. The point isn't to inject moral fibre into Bobby Koticks gelatinous spine, it's literally just about having the workplace actually be a safe environment, and if the only way to get there is to hold the company's profits hostage then so be it.

Judge the consequences, not the intent.

yet you were the one to immediately strawman me as a horny coomer just because I stated that I dislike pointless censorship.

Not to mention, as I've outlined above already, this has nothing to do with the workplace issues meaning that if any form of censorship or revisionism is taking place it would essentially just be leeching off a legitimate issue with real world consequences.

If they aesthetic changes come up on their own, that's fine with me, we can have a conversation about that, but if indeed comes as a direct result of the lawsuit and it's slimy and disingenuous.

That's pretty good...but it feels kind of...basic? I guess it helps with Dread Corsair shenanigans and such.

I don't think it will trigger as it is giving your hero an attack and doesn't Dread Corsair need a "weapon"?

    ah shit you're right

Gives me Revenge of the Wild flashbacks so this time I'll pretend this is garbage so that maybe it turns out playable.

I know what you mean. I can't exactly explain it, but this just feels like that one card that everyone thinks will be powerful but then ends up never being played and then forgotten over time.

But at the same time it is 0 mana and effectively gives your minions rush so maybe it will be played?

The one part that still has me skeptical is how similar it is to Trueaim Crescent, which, while not a bad card at all, often falls flat because the order of attack rarely works out the way you need it to (for instance if you have a 3/4 on board and a Lake Thresher in hand to clear the board, but the 3/4 will always turn into collateral because it was played first).

I'm a bit more optimistic here because of the whole Rat archetype which doesn't seem to be one that relies on always having a board but rahter spontaneously spawning one as needed.

I agree with your points but I feel like I have to add to the last part.

I really think that a lot of people are extremely suspicious of the idea of "removing offensive in-game content" because time and time again this kind of stuff leads to completely innocuous stuff being axed only to appease a vocal minority of moral busy-bodies (not unlike the ultra-religious outragemongers of the past). Basically, there is a real chance (even if it might not happen, we don't have enough evidence as of now) that it might lead to pointless censorship whose only purpose is to appease a small section of the public while not actually achieving anything of value.

Removing the very concept of cleavage from a game where characters dress in the stupidest gear imaginable is not only hypocritical but also doesn't actually help women in the real world in any way and if that is indeed something that results from all of this it would be an extremely disappointing and disingenuous outcome.

My stance is this: Everything that comes out of this should concern the actual employees, the work environment at the company, and how these things are handled internally, not the honour of fictional women in a videogame. That is a different conversation and it needs to be seperated from the present issue as not to undermine it.

There's a difference between getting rid of sexualization ad absurdum to the point of bordering NSFW (as seen with the removal of Succubus and Keeper of Secrets for instance) and the bizarre censoring of something as mild as Lady Anacondra's slight cleavage.

I'm fine with the former when it's part of bringing artwork in line with the family friendly standard of the game. I'm also fine with stuff like the Jaina "nerf" which ultimately ended up looking much better from an aesthetic point of view.

I am very much against ideological censorship by out of touch attention seekers who are so unhappy with themselves that they project their insecurity on everything and achieve absolutely nothing by enforcing their puritanical standards on extremely tame examples of mild fanservice. Fictional women do not need someone to advocate for them. They are not real. If you want to make an argument for realism, that has no place in the larger WoW universe, seeing how even the male characters run around in stupidly elaborate armor while being built like a fridge (but of course the parallel issue of male character being just as unrealistically stylized and/or sexualized as female characters rarely gets brought up).

In-game Changes. Removing content that players and employees find inappropriate.

Worried what this might mean. Don't let this thing be used as a Trojan horse to play identity politics. Although as someone pointed out, NPCs named after employees involved in this shitshow might be what they are talking about....at least I hope it is.

This is an absolutely nutty Quest. The conditions are piss easy to fulfill considering the amount of playable pirates. The support cards are almost entirely premium and the lategame potential is insane. Control Pirate Warrior anyone?

One thing though: Why does Cap'n Rokara look so...skinny?

Uhm....how is this not a Legendary effect?

That's basically global Thaurissan on Yeti stats. The only thing that balances this is the fact that there are no insane elementals...yet.

Glad that we're not forgetting the extremely obscure sub-archetype Shark Rogue, but...this just isn't good. I don't even think there's any real payoff for coins at this point in time (not since the Penflinger nerf anyways).

Face Priest is real. Be afraid.

Also a neat little discovery option in Control Priest if you are desperate for healing.

According to this card and Mass Dispel, drawing a card is worth 3-mana :^)

Great tech card, and a good addition to Wandmaker (and by that I mean there will be plenty of "oh fuck you, really?" moments from your opponents)
